The 2011 UK Air Guitar Championships are over and we have new and very real Champion!

The 2011 UK Air Guitar Champion, that is to say the best Air Guitarists in the United Kingdom and the man who will represent you at the World Air Guitar Championships this year is The Bandit – AKA Guy Thompson.

Judged by our superb panel of judges:
Gazz Marlow (InMe), Justin Hill (Sikth) and Billy Banyard (Audioshock), Bandit came out of nowhere, topless with some of the most technically accurate and electrically charged Airguitaring ever seen on such a stage. And though Wildthing37 defended his title with brawn and gusto, a fierce battle ensued in the 2nd round between Wildthing37, Boy Named Sue and the said Bandit.

His second round score of 16.4 was a full 0.2 points ahead of the rest: the Judges verdict was unanimous. Your new UK Air Guitar Champion is Crowned.
